Essentials of Buddhist Meditation course

Went to the first class tonight--interesting assortment of folk. Enjoyed it. The eventual focus was an introduction of 'mindfulness of breathing' meditation, which I think will be very effective. Both the course leaders were clearly very knowledgeable, and very helpful. Most interesting, in meditation terms, was the shifting of counting breaths on the exhale, to picking them up just as you inhaled. Different, and good.
